    3. Get started into a flow of daily meditation that doesn’t feel intimidating or unattainable.

    4. Create your own sacred space in your home that is your touchstone to connect to the energy and goals you want for your life.

    5. Start changing your habits and mindset around food by using simple and easy strategies.

    6. Help you start to add in more movement. This should never feel like a chore! You will eventually find that moving your way to more challenging movements by starting simply or even modifying will yield real results!
